This life event is inevitable, and we all would go through it at one point in our lives. People go through a various range of emotional feelings after losing a loved one. This includes Anger with themselves or with the one that passed away even with their loved one. Sometimes, they have a feeling of numbness, panic attacks, unable to express their emotions. If not probably dealt with, they may develop mental health problems.

The impact of joblessness can leave people feeling depressed and anxious. In some cases even result in committing suicide.

Look after your body, eat healthy food, exercise and sleep well. Remember our mind and body are connected. If you are struggling with a loss of sleep, get help from your health care provider.
Discover what you enjoy doing and treat yourself from time to time. So, look after yourself with these self-care tips.
